Designing the Cardiovascular Programme
Having sufficient cardiovascular fitness is necessary to carry out
everyday tasks and recreation without undue fatigue, but with some
measures of ease and enjoyment. Training for cardiovascular fitness does
not have to be boring or repetitive. It is an art, as much as it is a science,
to be able to plan out a series of fun, motivating and effective exercise or
physical activity regimens that can enhance your client’s cardiovascular
fitness, which in turn can improve his or her quality of life.
