Designing the Flexibility Programme
An effective flexibility training programme is one that can address the
client’s areas of insufficient flexibility, muscle tightness, and/or postural
misalignments. There are many benefits that can be gained from regular
and deliberate flexibility or stretching workouts.
As a personal trainer, it is important to have a clear understanding on
and sound knowledge of how to plan and formulate specific, safe and
effective stretching exercises that can help the client. Flexibility training
can definitely be a very enjoyable and relaxing part of the client’s
workout.
